While there has been much speculation in the past
about who will play Akshay Kumar's heroine in 'Gabbar', the remake of AR
Murugadoss's action drama 'Ramana', we have learnt that Shraddha Kapoor has
been finalised for the same.
The film will also see Kareena Kapoor Khan in a special
role. It's an entertaining fast-paced action thriller, where Shraddha plays a
young rookie, new- age lawyer who is free-spirited and falls in love with the
hero, played by Akshay, and discovers the phenomenon called Gabbar.
The film, produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, is expected
to go on floors early 2014.
